At cositasantiguas.es, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. To do so, please contact our team via email at 📧 herramientasantiguas1@gmail.com or by calling 📞 691 391 579
The buyer may withdraw without needing to justify their decision, in accordance with article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
📦 Important: Return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer, as established by article 108.1 of said Law. This includes the direct shipping costs if the withdrawal is for personal reasons and not due to product defects.
🛡️ Impossibility of returning the product
If for any reason the user cannot return the product (due to loss or destruction), this does not deprive them of the right of withdrawal. However, they must assume the value of the item based on its current condition or the purchase price, whichever is lower (art. 75 of RDL 1/2007).
📝 How to exercise your right of withdrawal?
You may request a return using the following procedure:

Option 1: Send a withdrawal document including your address, order number, the item or items, the order date, and the date the order was received.

Send it by email to herramientasantiguas1@gmail.com with the subject line “Withdrawal”.
- Option 2: Access the purchase withdrawal button and fill in all fields.
Once notified, we will proceed with the refund of the amounts paid without undue delay, and no later than 14 calendar days from the notification, provided that we have received the goods or proof of their return.
🔁 Refund of amounts paid
We commit to making a full refund with no management fees or commissions. If you have not received the refund within 14 days, you have the right to claim double the amount, in addition to demanding compensation for damages if applicable.
📜 Legal warranty for antiques
All our products have a 1-year legal conformity warranty, in accordance with article 97.1 of RDL 1/2007.
Due to the nature of our pieces –antique furniture, collectibles, and vintage decor–, some characteristics inherent to their use or the passage of time are part of the value of each item. These are detailed in the product description and photographs.
The customer has the right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination, according to legal terms, always taking into account the uniqueness of each object.
